RIPPS Software

The RIPPS software is current entering a beta stage of development whereby we will be uploading the project to SourceForge? . In the interim, you may download the tar/gzip of the RIPPS development suite.

RIPPS is built on the libpcap and pthread libraries. RIPPS consists of C++ code developed under Linux. While the code is certainly portable to other UNIX platforms, we have only tested the code under Red Hat Enterprise 4 on a dual-CPU Sun Opteron workstation.

• 2.0 - May 13, 2008 - The RIPPS codebase has now been consolidated into the ScaleBox architecture with a recent demonstration at INFOCOM 2008.
