If possible, all software is made freely available for download in source form. Due to space constraints, the test suite may not be directly available for download but can be made available upon request. A link to the specific software webpage is included below along with the platforms available, languages used, and funding sources. For the purposes of citation, a BibTeX entry to the relevant publication is provided.
