Chad Mano |
Assistant Professor
Department of Computer Science
Utah State University
In 1998 I received a B.S. in Economics from right here at Utah State University. A few years after graduating I returned to USU to pursue an M.S. in Computer Science which I received in 2003. My adviser during this time was Dr. Donald H. Cooley, head of the Department of Computer Science. In 2006 I received a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame under Dr. Aaron Striegel. Upon the completion of my PhD I had the opportunity to return to USU and am now an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science department. My general area of research is Computer Security, focusing on rogue wireless detection, network intrusion detection, secure communication protocols, and computer security education.
